Corregidor (November 30, 2008)

Dati sa mga history books ko lang nakikita at nababasa ang Corregidor Island. I never thought that I would someday see it personally. Salamat sa RACE for this one.

Buti na lang we're living at a time of peace sa ngayon. Hindi ko kasi nai-imagine ang sarili ko na hahawak ng baril at makikpagpatayan kasi may giyera gaya ng mga magigiting na sundalo o mamamayan na minsang nakipaglaban sa isla na ito. Sabagay, ano nga ba naman panglaban ko? Wala naman kwenta ROTC namin noon. Haha!

My Early Christmas Gift For All of You

Since Christmas is just around the corner at obviously hindi ko kayang regaluhan kayong lahat (wala na ako pera...), eto na lang ang naisipan kong gawin. Call it mushy, call it corny, call it cheap, call it whatever you like, ok lang. Nakagawa na din kasi ako ng ganito before (last year to be exact) for the office so naisip ko why not gumawa din ako para sa inyo?

Thanks for everything and may we have more memories like these to share with each other in the future. Hope you like it.

Nope, hindi po ito about that show during the 90's starring Angelu de Leon and Bobby Andrews. Ang lahat ng ito ay naganap last Saturday, November 15, nang magkayayaang mamasyal ang mga ultimate karen.

Thanks everyone for another weekend to remember. Sa uulitin. Dumadami na ang album ng lakwatsa dito kay Rica (my laptop hehe!).

Ang mga nasa larawan ay resulta ng ako'y maging saling-kitkit sa recon activity ng RACE for its next planned trip in the near future.

I'm sure most of you have seen the pics from Abet's camera in his own album here. Ang mga ito naman ay galing sa aking trusted friend na si Susie. In case you're wondering who Susie is, try reading the word “ixus” in reverse, hehe! And some pics from Albay may even seem like deja vu kasi gaya nga ng sabi ni Abet sa kanyang post, we met this guy sa Cagsawa Ruins (si Iking Da King) na kayang-kayang pagsabayin ang kanyang Nikon d40 at ang aking Canon Ixus 70 sa pagkuha ng pictures namin. This guy is one-of-a-kind, sanay na sa pagkuha ng pics (and I'm pretty sure na pag na-meet ninyong mga mahilig mag-pose sa harap ng camera itong si King one of these days ay siya na ang magiging bestfriend nyo for the trip haha!).

Thanks to King Louie and Abet for allowing me to tag along. Sometimes, it's more fun to go on a trip with no fixed itenerary at all. hehe!
